  • To process and fulfill vehicle rental reservations and bookings;
  • To verify your identity, age eligibility, and driver's license validity;
  • To process payments, security deposit authorizations, and refunds;

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

  • To our third-party service providers as described in Section 4, solely to perform services on our behalf;
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or valid legal process (e.g., subpoenas, court orders);
  • To law enforcement authorities when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others;

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for the following periods:

  • Booking and transaction records: Seven (7) years from the date of the transaction, as required by applicable tax and commercial record-keeping laws.
  • Identity verification records: Three (3) years from the date of verification, or as required by applicable law.
  • Payment information: Retained by Peek Pro in accordance with PCI DSS requirements. We retain only transaction identifiers on our systems.
  • Communications and correspondence: Two (2) years from the date of last communication.
  • Website usage data: Twelve (12) months from the date of collection.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our data destruction procedures.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL protocols;
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest;
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis;

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. 10. Do Not Track Signals

Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. We will update this Privacy Policy if we adopt a DNT standard in the future.
